What types of catering services do you provide?

We also offer these services, delivery, full hosting, staffing such as, bartenders, waiters, bus person, setup, and break down person, DJs and photography.

Pick-Up: We will have the entries, salads, ready at your local The Fusion Catering for you to pick up as scheduled. For your convenience, food will be presented in disposable containers with utensils included.

Delivery, Pickup/Set Up: The Fusion Catering will deliver and set up your event , such as bread, salads, entrées and desserts in a buffet line.

We will also set up a beverage service table/area (upon request).  All items will be delivered in our disposable service containers. Disposable service ware, plates, flatware, cups, and napkins are also included at no charge if requested.

Our staff can also work non-serviced buffet.

Our catering staff will set up the buffet table and the beverage table. Tablecloths, decorations is not  included for the buffet and beverage tables along with our food warming chafes. Disposable plates, flatware, cups and napkins are also included.

You and your guests will serve yourselves through the buffet line. After your meal, our catering staff will return, box up any leftover food, and clean up the buffet and beverage tables if  quested.

Serviced buffet staffing we provide for your catered buffet service: you can request staff from our  team of catering professionals who will oversee the buffet table and guests’ needs during your event. Tablecloths and decorations are  not included for the buffet and beverage tables along with our food warming chafers. Disposable plates, flatware, cups and napkins are also not included.

This option have a minimum 5 hours of service from the time our The Fusion Catering team arrives on site. If you need the team to help you set up tables and chairs and/or stay longer, additional hours can be purchased.

We have staff  that can handle Full/Formal Service:

This service option allows your guests to remain seated during the dining experience. Food is served in courses and beverages are replenished as needed. Disposable plates, flatware, cups and napkins are also included. This option includes minimum 5 hours of service from the time our The Fusion Catering team arrives on site.

If you need the team to help you set up tables and chairs and/or stay longer, additional hours can be purchased. Any leftover food is boxed and left for you along with verbal reheating instructions (upon request).

Dine-In: Enjoy one of our serviced event types at your local The Fusion Catering serve, work with Seating and mange capacity and availability of a any kind of private room.

What is the delivery charge?

What charges apply for serviced events?

How far will you travel to deliver/cater an event?

The Fusion Catering can deliver almost anywhere in the New York Tri Areas! For specific questions about your event, please contact a The Fusion Catering Specialist today.

How do I reserve the date for my event?

We need the following in order to book an event: 1)50% deposit is required to book your event; 2) Signed Catering Event Agreement.

How much notice is required to book an event?

For serviced events, we require a 1 and 2 week notice minimum. For deliveries, a few menu items require a 72-hour notice if it is a small event.

Can I request more Servers than what is included with the standard Serviced Fee?

Yes. Requests for additional servers can be accommodated for an additional service fee. Service fees vary by location and event type. Please contact a The Fusion Catering Specialist to find out the specific fees that will be associated with your event.

What if I need more time than the 5 hours you provide with the standard service charge?

If desired, you can purchase additional hours of service time for your event. Service fees vary by location and event type. Please contact a The Fusion Catering Specialist to find out the specific fees that will be associated with your serviced event.

How can I ensure that my food stays hot/cold?

Whether you are picking up or we are delivering, all catering menu items are packaged for travel in appropriate containers designed to keep your food at the proper temperature.

Will you supply alcohol?

We cannot sell alcoholic beverages at this time.

I have purchased alcoholic beverages. Since your staff is there for the event can they help serve or pour the Champagne toast?

The Fusion Catering will be able to provide staffing services to serve alcoholic beverages to your guests during the event, ONLY if your r establishment authorized to do so by law and guests is at legal age require by law.

Do you provide disposable plates, cutlery, napkins and serving utensils?

Yes. This is included in your order (if needed).

Can I make rental arrangements through you (i.e. linens, china etc.)?

We can work with our partners, have relationships with local vendors and we are happy to provide contact information to you. If you would prefer The Fusion Catering to include rental arrangements as part of your order, additional charge will be added to the rental costs.

Do you have cake cutting services available?

Yes, it will be part of your staffing  cost.

Do you provide ice?

Yes, we can provide ice if requested, for your beverages through The Fusion Catering order (if needed).

What will the catering staff wear?

The staff will wear similar uniforms to what is worn in restaurants (black or white shirt and black pants).

Will the catering team help with set up and take down of tables?

Typically, no, the hour service time does not cover this.  You are welcome to add additional hours if this service is needed for a cost.

If you don’t have a place for my event, can you recommend one?

Yes we can, but l vary by location. We will do our best to recommend venue for your event if needed for a fee.

What payments do you accept?

Cash and all major credit cards. The Fusion Catering does not accept personal checks.

Do you accept purchase orders?

No. We require payment in full by the date of the order/event.

Do you provide tax-exempt sales with proper documentation?

Yes. A copy of the state tax certificate is required prior to the event.

Availability of dishes may vary by order and not all menu items are supported in general calorie guide; percent daily values may or not base standard calorie diet of 2,000.

Ingredient listings are provided by ingredient manufacturers.  The Fusion Catering, its affiliates and employees do not assume responsibility for a particular sensitivity or allergy to any food provided from our catering foods.

THE FUSION CATERING makes every attempt to try identifying ingredients in food and to totally be upfront with all spices, but may not be able to identify all. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to tell us their concerns with any  specific or general  ingredients spices, or any other food concerns.

We make every effort to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies to disclose them.  We may not list all items  possibly containing ingredients used to make dishes.

The products listed on the website and menu, on fusion catering ingredients provide the nutritional composition as indicated. Depending on supplier and location there may be some variance, not limited to the information provided.

You are responsible for providing us with any food allergy concerns; if you do not inform us of your allergy concerns, you are ordering at your own risk and at your own expense. The Fusion Catering will not be held liable for any adverse from any reactions to food consumed by you or by any third party to whom you may serve our food.
